Scott R. Lee, DDS
Dr. Scott Lee graduated cum laude with his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from The Ohio State University in 2008. Before attending dental school, he graduated cum laude from Weber State University, where he majored in microbiology and minored in chemistry. While Dr. Lee has been practicing dentistry for a number of years, he remains committed to continuing his education on a regular basis to stay up to date with the latest developments in the dental field. He has taken many CE courses, especially in the areas of dental implants, endodontics, orthodontics, cosmetics, and sedation. Dr. Lee is devoted to making sure that every smile he comes in contact with becomes happier, healthier, and more beautiful. He strives every day to give the best dentistry he can in a friendly, gentle environment.As a dedicated student of dentistry, Dr. Lee is an active member of several professional organizations, including the American Dental Association and Arizona Dental Association. He is also a former member of the United State Marine Corps and 2003 recipient of a Purple Heart during combat in Baghdad, Iraq.
Dr. Lee is an Arizona native; he grew up in Mesa and went to Westwood High School. He is proud of his service in the USMC and his Purple Heart. Dr. Lee and his beautiful wife, Melanie, have three wonderful kids, Hannah, Charlie, and Hazel. In his free time, he enjoys art, reading, hiking, mountain biking, serving in his church, and spending time with his family.

Adam J. Proctor, DMD, MPH
Dr. Proctor graduated with honors from the Arizona School of Dentistry & Oral Health, completing two degrees (a Doctor of Medical Dentistry degree and a Masters degree in Dental Public Health). Prior to attending dental school, he graduated from the University of Utah, where he received a Bachelor’s degree in Spanish. As a general dentist, Dr. Proctor is committed to helping patients love their smile. He wants to ensure that every patient is pleased with the appearance, function and ability to clean their teeth. As a public health professional, Dr. Proctor enjoys educating the community on where to obtain accurate and up-to-date health information.
Dr. Proctor and his wife, Ashley, have two young boys named Brooks and Benson. When he is not caring for his family or for his patients, Dr. Proctor enjoys golfing, playing the guitar, making improvements to his home and teaching his boys to participate in sports. As a former college athlete, he is very proud of his one-year-olds soccer skills.
Happy: “Learning where people come from, makes me happy. Everyone has a story and I enjoy the discovery of new places.”
Healthy: “Every year, I run in one half marathon with my wife. To train for them, I play soccer.”
